Sportmax Charity collection “Whisper in the air”
Sportmax has established a charitable collection "Whisper of the air".
Mark has established a charitable Sportmax collection "Whispers in the Air" in collaboration with Reggio Children. This special mini-collection consists of women's shirts, infant t-shirts for boys or girls, and bags for shopping. The main heroes of the collection were angels depicted in the drawings and described the five-year boys and girls from the day-care centers in Reggio Emilia.
Proceeds from the sales amount will be sent to the organization Sistema Nazionale Delle Orchestre Infantili e Giovanili del Venezuela (National System of Youth and Children's Orchestras of Venezuela), which José Antonio Abreu founded
The main objectives of the system are helping children from disadvantaged families get out of social exclusion and education "noble qualities" from his early years (perfectionism, self-awareness of the "I", humility, participation and group work).
Sistema Nazionale Delle Orchestre Infantili e Giovanili del Venezuela provides free tuition, each student musician gets his own musical instrument. A little later, he becomes a member of the orchestra and participated in concerts. More than 50 percent of students have become professional musicians, and continue to teach other people around the world, the best as members of the Youth Orchestra Simón Bolívar, where the study at its best representative, the 27-year-old Gustavo Dudamelya - one of the most talented new conductors in the world, who in September 2009 will be the conductor of Philharmonic Orchestra of Los Angeles. Operating in 24 provinces of Venezuela, the system has 3000 teachers for 27,000 students. Almost all of them come from dysfunctional families, where, because of crime, alcoholism and drug abuse is difficult to develop a personality.
The collection will appear in March 2009 in all Sportmax boutiques worldwide, including the boutique Sportmax.
